What you pay, what we promise, and where our visa information comes from. Voyalo is independent — not an embassy, consulate or visa centre.

What we promise

Your Voyalo Pro report is usually ready a few minutes after your card payment is confirmed. These promises come from our refund policy:

• Report not delivered: if your Voyalo Pro report does not generate within 24 hours of payment, we refund you in full, automatically or on request.
• Technical or factual error: if the report covers the wrong destination or visa type, or fails to read your documents, we fix it or refund you in full.
• Change of mind: you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing contact@voyalo.ai. Requests are answered within 2 business days.
• For Plan Visa, the 14-day change-of-mind refund applies before your first automated review is delivered; after that, refunds follow the rules above for the part not yet delivered.
• Appeal service (Recours): if Voyalo cannot deliver your appeal letter or court self-filing pack after payment (for example a technical error, or your refusal turns out not to be covered), you get a full refund. Once the letter or pack has been delivered it is not refundable. Court fees are paid by you directly to the court; Voyalo never collects or refunds them.
• Visa decisions: a refusal is not grounds for a refund. Visa decisions are made only by the issuing authority, and our reports never promise an outcome.

Voyalo Pro prices

One payment for one Pro report, by card through Stripe, in your local currency. Everyone in a country sees the same price. Embassy, consulate and visa-centre fees are separate and are paid to them, never to Voyalo.

Where our visa information comes from

• Each requirement is taken from an official page: an embassy, a consulate, a government site, or the visa centre appointed by the authorities.
• Each fact keeps the link to the page that states it and the date we checked it. A website's home page is not accepted as a source.
• If we could not read something on an official page, it is marked as not confirmed. It is never filled in from memory.
• A person at Voyalo approves each country's requirements before they are published.
• Voyalo Pro reports are written by software (AI) from these requirements and the documents you upload.

What Voyalo is not

• Not a government agency, embassy, consulate or law firm.
• Not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS, Capago or any visa centre.
• Does not book appointments or influence decisions; it files an application only when you order the e-Visa filing service.
• Never guarantees a visa. Only the issuing authority decides.
• Outside Algeria, every check is done by software. There is no human consultation or advice.
