1. Controller

For users outside Algeria, the data controller is Voyalo LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For users in Algeria, the controller is Linkora SARL. Contact: contact@voyalo.ai.

2. Document uploads

When you use Voyalo Pro or Plan Visa you may upload documents such as passport pages, bank statements and letters. We use them only to prepare your readiness report.

3. AI provider

Uploaded documents are analysed with AI. The provider currently used is Google Gemini, directly or through Replit's AI service. Findings are draft preparation guidance, not a visa decision.

4. Who sees your documents

You, authorised Voyalo review and support staff, and the hosting, private cloud storage and AI providers that process them to deliver the service. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep documents

Retention depends on the feature. We do not apply one single period to everything.

• Plan Visa uploaded files and their metadata are deleted automatically 30 days after the plan ends, or earlier if you ask. A plan ends when it is marked ready or refunded, or at the end of its purchased term.
• Stored passport images are deleted after 90 days (the default period) or once no longer needed, whichever is sooner.
• Other data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, and you can ask for deletion at any time.

6. Payments

Card payments for international buyers are not open yet. When they open they will be processed by a payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing contact@voyalo.ai.
