1. Who you contract with

Outside Algeria, you contract with Voyalo LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In Algeria, you contract with Linkora SARL. Contact: contact@voyalo.ai.

2. What the service is

Voyalo is software. Its checklists and reports are informational. They are not legal or immigration advice, and Voyalo is not a law firm.

3. No guarantee

Voyalo never guarantees a visa or an outcome. Only the issuing authority decides your application.

4. Genuine documents only

You must submit genuine documents. Voyalo never creates or alters documents, bookings or letters. Accounts that attempt this are closed.

5. Not affiliated

Voyalo is not a government agency, embassy, consulate or visa centre, and is not affiliated with VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS, Capago or any visa centre. Embassy and visa-centre fees are paid to them, never to Voyalo.

6. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars before payment. You see the full price before you pay.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy at /legal/refunds.

8. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
