Voyalo is an independent preparation service. It is not a government agency, embassy or law firm, it cannot submit an application on your behalf, and it cannot influence or predict a decision — only the embassy or consulate decides.

2025 Schengen visa facts for applicants in Algeria
In 2025, Schengen consulates refused 31% of the 416,739 short-stay visa applications filed from Algeria (European Commission, May 2026). Refusal letters most often cite the purpose of the stay, proof of funds or the intention to return, the grounds listed in the EU Visa Code refusal form. Only the consulate decides; a complete, consistent file lodged through the official centre is the lawful way to prepare.

Voyalo by Linkora is an independent Algerian service that checks a Schengen or France visa file against the consulate's published requirements and refusal grounds before the applicant lodges it at Capago. It does not book appointments, is not affiliated with Capago or any consulate, and never guarantees a visa. The free check needs no account.
Voyalo compares the information and documents in a visa file with the list published by France-Visas or the relevant consulate for that destination and visa type, then reports what is missing, inconsistent, or matches a commonly cited refusal ground. The free check uses answers you type; Voyalo Pro reads your actual documents. Neither has access to Capago's or the consulate's systems, and neither can influence a decision.
Voyalo is built and run by Linkora SARL, Birkhadem, Algiers, founded by Amine Kebaili. It is not a travel agency, does not sell appointments, and is not a partner of Capago, VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS or any consulate.
How Voyalo differs from Capago's assistance and from an agency
Capago's paid options verify that documents are present and help fill the France-Visas form; Voyalo reads the documents against the grounds consulates cite when they refuse. An agency typically prepares the file for you; the free check and Voyalo Pro leave the file in your hands unless you book Voyalo's in-person office service.

What it costs, in full
A France short-stay application from Algeria costs €90 in visa fee (€45 for children aged 6 to 11; EU Visa Code) plus Capago's €34 service fee per applicant, checked 28 September 2026, plus travel insurance. Both fees are kept if the visa is refused. Voyalo's free check costs nothing; Voyalo Pro and the optional office service are priced separately.
What to do after a refusal
A refused visa can be challenged, but the mandatory first step depends on the visa type since 1 January 2023 (décrets 2022-962 and 2022-963).
- Read the exact wording and marked boxes on your notice. Form versions can number the same wording differently, so never identify a refusal reason from its number alone.
- File the mandatory prior appeal within 30 days of the notification: to the sous-directeur des visas in Nantes for a short-stay Schengen visa, or to the Commission de recours contre les décisions de refus de visa (CRRV, Nantes) for a long-stay visa.
- A recours gracieux to the consulate remains possible but does not replace the mandatory appeal.
- If the mandatory appeal is rejected or unanswered, bring the refusal before the tribunal administratif de Nantes within 2 months of the rejection or silence.
- For a short-stay visa, reapplying with a corrected file is often faster; a new visa application fee is due if you reapply.
Read the words actually printed and marked on your notice. Examples of short-stay wording are “The purpose and conditions of the intended stay have not been justified”; “The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable”; “There are reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa”; and “You have not provided proof that you have sufficient means of subsistence for the duration of the intended stay or for the return to your country of origin or residence.” These are examples, not a universal key: wording and numbering can vary by form and version, so never infer the reason from a number alone. For travel-purpose wording, check bookings, the invitation and itinerary; for the leave wording, show ties in Algeria; for means wording, provide bank statements and income evidence.
The EU form has been amended several times, so the same reason does not always carry the same number. Go by the sentence that is ticked on your letter.

- We validate every receipt within 24 hours, 7 days a week (Friday and Saturday included). If your receipt is not validated within 24 hours, you get a full refund on request. A paid service not yet delivered can be refunded within 14 days. Once the report or checklist has been delivered, the service is no longer refundable. Refunds are paid by transfer to the payer's CCP/RIP within 5 working days. Agency plan: cancel any time, effective at the end of the current month; the current month is not refunded.
- How do I pay?
- Choose your package on the order page, then send the exact amount by BaridiMob or at the post office (CCP) to the account shown on that page. Upload a photo of your receipt. We validate receipts within 24 hours, 7 days a week, and then your service is activated.
- What do I receive, and when?
- When your receipt is validated (within 24 hours), your package is activated in your account. The Voyalo Pro report is ready a few minutes later. For Premium, which includes a review by a person, we confirm the timing with you on WhatsApp.
- Who handles France visa applications in Algeria now?
- Since April 2025, Capago manages France visa applications in Algeria, replacing VFS Global and TLScontact. You apply through Capago centers in Algiers, Oran, Annaba, or Constantine.
- Can anyone guarantee I will get a visa?
- No. Any offer of a "guaranteed" visa is a scam. The decision is made solely by the consulate. Voyalo helps you prepare a stronger file, but never promises an outcome.
- What does a Schengen visa cost for Algerian applicants?

- Is the Schengen refusal rate for Algerians the highest in the world?
- Not by rate. Raw refusal counts depend on the dataset: statistics grouped by applicant nationality and statistics grouped by consulate location describe different populations and should not be confused.
- Can I apply for a Schengen visa without going through Capago?
- Not for France. Since 8 April 2025 Capago is the only channel for lodging a France visa in Algeria. Other Schengen countries use their own providers (BLS for Spain, VFS Global or TLScontact for most others).
- Is the visa fee refunded if I am refused?
- No. The €90 fee and the Capago service fee are kept whatever the decision. Some insurers, including AXA Schengen, refund the insurance premium on proof of refusal.
- Can an AI tool or agency guarantee my visa?
- No. Only the consulate decides, and any promise of a guaranteed visa or appointment is a scam. Tools such as Voyalo can check whether your file is complete and consistent, which addresses the most commonly cited refusal grounds; they cannot influence the decision.
